Everyone has been super nice and talkative. Is the higher level areas / dungeons populated as well? Really looking forward to leveling up and grouping in Kunark!

I'm overwhelmed with excitement to get off work and log back on!

I want to work on my enchanter but I know I'll make alts too. Before I stopped playing (right after Luclin was released) I had a 56 enchanter, 51 necro, and lvl 20ish Cleric and monk

Welcome to P99! What you will find is that most everyone enjoying a 10-year-old game does it out of love for that game. Makes for a pretty tight community, even if we bitch at each other all the time. Kinda like a dysfunctional family.

Thanks everyone for the welcome! One thing that I love about this world is it is tough...as it should be. I like the grind, I like not being able to solo stuff...having to group up and hoping for that drop :)

Been playing for a week now myself. I'm 18 a cruisin' with a little over 2 days played. It's not too bad leveling up once you get a routine and some friends. I've met very friendly higher level players that have been extremely helpful in my travels with buffs and ports. Gear is tougher to come by than I remembered but its a challenge worth while.
