Rogues can wear IGS, only medium races now though. Halflings and such cannot wear. Can confirm wood/half elf etc can wear, Barbarian cannot. somewhere 2-3 weeks back between the servers up and down for the combine bag fixes it went from no rogue class to rogue class with any size then to rogue medium only. So medium rogues still can slot IGS instead of all getting wurmscale coats now, So start fucking selling some coats cause im not medium race.
