Skill caps seem bugged

Multiple skills I have been able to raise higher their defined limits. I am level 60; look at screenshots below.

I also went over the skill cap limit for sneak on my bard by spamming the shit out of it on the trainer, but i dont think the skills over the cap actually count. just a bug

Alcohol tolerance I was able to raise to 255 even after taking like a 20 minute break from consuming alcohol, so it wasn't just related to spamming at the trainer, unlike hand to hand.

Check throwing and archery on knight classes. They can get 255 here which should not be possible.
