In Western Plains of Karana, Larkin Tolman drops Larkin Tolmans Head (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=17236) ; however this was implemented for the Staff of the Bloodsabers (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2252) when the newbie armor quests were introduced, and shouldn't be dropping at all.

He will no longer spawn. If anyone ever finds classic evidence for this guy, he will return.
