So it seems like most people say on a Warrior its all about Dex / Stam. Basically the more dex you have the more chance you weapon will proc, is what I have been told. However I was talking to someone the other day and they said the way it works here on p1999 is you need atleast 200+ Dex for any chance that to proc more often?

Something about if you dont have 200+ dex, then your chance to proc is the same as if you had 100 dex. Can anyone explain or confirm this, or is it just not true?

I notice a large difference when im shaman buffed and atm that takes me to about 156 (shaman prolly knows) from my base of 108.

Goes from a proc or 2 a fight to 3-5 procs a fight (on avg anyway, yuk to unlucky no proc streaks) so i doubt this is true.

They probably just mean to chain proc and have no worry of aggro loss is 200+

i highly doubt that this is true aswell, tho lately i seem to proc less, but thats maybe just bad luck with mr random!

He said "As for procing, you basically are supposed to proc an average of one per min. A few weapons have there proc rates adjusted, like staff of withering, so well say the one is about 2-3 per min. With 255 dex, on a normal weapon you should proc about 2x per min, and 4-5 on something like staff of withering. So its not like the game will only let you proc once per min, its just the avrg so thats about how often you should proc with 100 dex"

So basically, dex doesnt scale very much and it wont make much of a diff even if u have 100 more dex?

I was under the impression that the difference between having over 100 dex and below 100 dex was bigger, than say going from 150-170.

I have no data to back this up, however as a half elf warrior with something like 115 unbuffed dex, I proc pretty freaking often. Last night fighting in solb I had 3 proc's in two swings (dual weilding yak's).

I notice a difference going from 80 to 100. But in general, every weapon seems to proc a lot.

got this impression too. my bonethunder staff procs about almost at every swings sometime. Which is cool for a level 10 cleric fighting in befallen.
