have pick pocketed 9 respawn's worth in a row yesterday, always being the only rog in zone.
have pick pocketed 4 respawn's worth in a row today, always being the only rog in zone.

yet to score a bottom parchment... for the ''easy'' gm -- wtf?

From what I know: if he's been succesfully pickpocketed since he last spawned (last server down?) he won't have the parchment on him. You may need to get a force to make him respawn or wait for him to do so.

How many times are you attempting to pickpocket each Tani that spawns? Maybe not attempting enough? If you are picking him clean and still nothing I would advise you to petition for someone to check it out.

over 20 pick pocket attempts by now, all done at 8pm game time (his exact respawn) all done with no other rogs interfering... yet to get a bottom parch, broke?

normally get 1/2 or 1/3... at very worst 1/4, going on 0/20 now.

ps im pick pocketing over 5 times, which is more then enough to empty him totally and get the parch normally... have been doing this for over 8 months now

The levels that epics are attainable and the faction requirements for each hand in allowing MQs needs a hard look.

After I did my wizard epic on live, none of the other NPCs would accept things from me. The part in Erudin couldn't be done before at least 45 and east step of the way required a SPECIFIC faction level, not just that level or higher.

Removing account selling was a good move, looking into epic MQs is next

People will be able to do their own epics and not go to check a mob if its up every time just to see that someone has slain it to sell the MQ.

Quick fix? Lvl 45 across the board.

Long term fix? Actual investigation on a per level basis of each step and the exact faction for each step being REQUIRED with true spirit. Hell, I think it even had a class check. AKA: I couldn't raise my true spirit doing shaman pages from CoM as a wizard and therefore can't MQ an epic if not also the same class. It might just check on the final hand in and I can stfu, but I never saw a single epic MQ or sky quest MQ done on live or heard about it during that era... ever.

If you have evidence of epic turn-ins being 45+, post it. We don't have much evidence for obvious reasons, but the stuff we have seen points to the direction of any level (level 20 shaman in SoL, level 1(?) monk in SoV, might be one more).
