Quick question: How worthwhile is it to raise DEX if you intend on using a proc-weapon? in addition, are most proc-weapons worthless (for the level they're intended for)?
I ask as I intend to try and give my Ranger some good proc weapons. I don't REALLY know what those are, or if the ones I remember being good for my Warrior back on Live are actually existent on P99 at this point. Thing is, I DO want to try and use my bow with my Ranger, even if it might be inferior to melee damage, since I intend on solo'ing. I hear that DEX is what affects bow damage, as well as how often weapons proc. So my question here is, is the difference between low/high DEX towards proc weapons great enough to actually warrant the extra stat points? Does anyone know the hard numbers for this? I'm not a mathematician by any standard, but I'd still like to know.
