Do they even have a quest like the red dragon scale besides the bard epic? I mean what do people do with them.

There is http://wiki.project1999.org/White_Dragonscale_Cloak.. no clue what ppl do with them cause there isnt many of those around either. I Want one for epic!

Hmm...not a bad caster cloak, but certainly not as good of a resist cloak as seahorsey cloak.
