armor dye combines dont' work on red

I'm trying to combine the empty vial [the correct ones] / water flask / 1x permafrost crystal in a medicine bag and it won't work

Its bugged, I went over to blue and talked to some smiths there, You cant make the extract. They were Unsure if it had ever worked on blue, but at the time I was talking to them(about 3 weeks ago) it was confirmed bugged there as well as here.

Let me know if you see a change HB i wanted to make some spiffy fine plate.

They already posted on blue bug forums that its fixed pending patch
