true botb diet.

So ever since the BOTB has been announced for mages i have been taking it pretty seriously, getting all the training, working out strats, figuring out how i can cheat without sirken noticing.

I felt like I should help the other newb mages out on the server and advise them of a good diet for BOTB practice and the actual day of botb.

1. Dr pepper, this not only will keep you focus'd it is also a macro nutrient in most EQ players bodies as it is pure nutrient nothing is expelled so you wont have to pee during the competition. gives +3 to targeting your opponent and his pet.

2. Corn muffins, you are going to need atleast 4 of these for the match it is important to keep your energy up during the matches, before each round you should eat one. maybe a half depending on your tolerance. gives +8 to identifying what someone is casting.

3. Caprisuns, they are just really good.

This was may 28th to june 4th, I think alot of this includes the botb. It is the image of the thing he was running I have. It is not a bot or anything he just leaves a character idling 24/7 with /log enabled and captures all YT and it gets ran through a program that turns it into this:

Don't get your panties in a bunch if your #1 or not on it, or most killed. Looking at the log file, Some of these people took like 6+ deaths within 3-4 minutes of eachother, others more. This was before real pvp starting taking place between all guilds.

Healthy food is a requirement for pvp champs, Jibekn didnt eat fast food or cookies or soda or any of that shit. Healthy food and exercise make a healthy brain which makes better pvp decisions. most the gluttons here wouldn't understand, they have never felt an active brain. EQ pvp is more of a game of who can react faster in a more strategic way.

Truthz, Leveled a rogue to 20 with trak tooth/css, backstabbin for 60s fully geared in mithril/tbb/diamondine earrings other stuff. Got epic, Starting piercing main hands for 50-60 backstabbing for 100, then 200 at 20, now 300+ at 30. I feel like I still attack very slow with just worn epic haste, But I have to keep reminding myself im piercing for average of 40-50 damage up to 80s whereas my epic fists monk is 9/16 and averages a punch of 30 with up to 60-70 but hits way faster. It is a huge change in attack style. I don't know what to do with my rogue now that hes in his 30s though, Do I help the newbies who get griefed by other fellow epic/fungi rogue twinks? Or level him up to 58+ pvp? I ONNNO

I don't cheat or xploit either, your estimates are low... probably 80% of the server doesnt, 19% probably do shady things, 1% are derps, all that 1% are in nihi, and nihi refuses to excersize realy good leadership and kick them out and out them.
