Troll & Iksar Illusions not giving hp regen

Currently the Troll and Iksar Illusions isn't giving any regen benefits.
They should give some ekstra regen. Not sure if it was the same as the actual race benefits, but it definetly gave more HP regen on live servers

Troll gives 1hp regen per tick.

Iksar gives no regen.
