If so, unless you're aiming at robes, Dwarf is the better choice for cleric since you get better stats and +5mr and +5pr.

I can't stress enough, a high elf enchanter agnostic with all points in charisma and then intelligence is the best way to go if you're solo on this server, and all guilds desperately need them. You can farm anything in the game, get 60 in like five days played, and then pl your next char assuming someone willing to AFK it in game for you.

Its a common misconception people on blue with level 60 toons have because they cannot justify playing in a better environment for epeen. So they spread it around like a disease.

But even the trolls love it here because they get so much attention. *And there is a place for every type of player, even the bad ones.

How are enchanters in pvp?

Heartbrand even complained about how terrible enchanters were compared to wizards etc here.

I don't personally think that's the case, but they certainly are well off from their live capabilities.

Roll with a buddy with cure disease to remove those pesky crim pots.

Against people with no magic resist, you'll probably murder them if you know what you are doing.

But yeah.. lvl 60 game? HEH compared to live.

Plus, no item loot means people don't have to risk their resist gear to fight you/your pals. Yeck. Stay mage.

Enchanters 1v1 end game suck against anyone with a pulse. However while leveling up their great because most people low levels aren't wearing mr gear and carrying crim pots, though fungi epic rogues still going to rape you. In mass pvp chanters good find a corner and drop recants on everyone with tash etc.

Let's be real, this is a low pvp server, by that I mean the majority of time you're playing there's no PVP occurring. Most of us go into what I call "cruise control mode" while we're getting our PVE on, especially as an enchanter. You're constantly low mana, managing your charm pet and it's breaks, wearing full charisma gear which means you don't have resist gear on, you might have 3+ mobs rooted/mezzed at any one time. When PVP comes you're usually fucked as an enchanter. The situations where you can prepare ahead of time, get your buffs up, get your gear on, get a pet, stack the buffs appropriately, then get the guy to engage you knowing you have a pet etc., etc., are so rare they don't even bear mentioning. Plus, it's very easy to remove a pet from the action with a quick root. Now, while you're busy trying to pell the root the other guy is now dropping a nuke on you / meleeing you, etc.

I have to agree with Heartbrand here. No one PvE's like their ready for PvP. Not a bad thing. But it is funny when a group gets steamrolled like this.

I've never played either of those games, but..

If the neutral creeps were all much more powerful than the players themselves (when not properly managed), and one enemy player manipulating the CC on said creeps could easily result in a loss for the other side, then yeah. It seems kinda blue.

Don't get me wrong though, I know most players here disagree with putting the pvp on hold until pve is done just to ensure that the pvp is more fun and balanced, so I usually won't wait for it on this server. Not gonna out myself at a huge disadvantage like that if absolutely no one else will show me the courtesy hehe.

It's not chivalrous dueling; the players are still left weak and disadvantaged after they kill their NPCs. It's generally how we did things on VZ.
