pretty sure that one at the top is just a standard way yellowpages.com lists their listings. Note how that Title is Martinsburg Pest Control services. It's not just one company thats just the listing under yellowpages.com

You guys are trying too hard.

The top listing (yellowpages) doesn't have a physical address, the rest do (labled A-G on the right), yellowpages is on the top because of the category view settings.
