I saw a preview for this and heard dialogue along the lines of: "We left Earth a thousand years ago and now animals have evolved to eat humans" and I was like, "well those animals should be fucking dead because they are stupid to hunt humans for a thousand years after they've left". I laughed pretty hard then--because I had been too smart to fall for their lazy science fiction. Then I went back to playing with my balls.

Oh I rated the movie shit tier after looking past that part. I was at least hoping for great special effects but even then the only good special effects were what you saw in the trailer.

Another problem: The 'antagonist' was about 5 tiers less scary and a threat then the buildup of the movie alluded to.
Also 1000 years in the future everyone uses melee weapons to fight bugs. :rolleyes:
