Just my 2cp here from someone who's had to do monk epic 2 or 3 times on p99:

The monk epic is by no means hard but compared to the rogue and shaman or cleric epics its deffinitely a bit harder. It is for that reason I say this should atleast sell for 50% higher than those MQs. Good luck with sale, Id buy for myself if I could afford it.
