Anyone know how long it usually takes to get an IP exemption? I'm hoping to get a chance to play soon LOL

I'm curious on this answer as well. We have an infant and a 3 year old so we really have to plan ahead to get time to play together (o:

Depends how busy the GMs are. Limited staff and lots of players / issues. They will get to it, i've heard it can take a couple of days. Don't be shocked if it takes longer though.

Thanks for that. I'll plan for something else this weekend then :)

Yeah I'm still waiting on mine but it's the weekend and I can't even imagine what kind of time the devs probably put into just keeping this thing running let alone responding to player needs. I gotta give credit to the people keeping this going since it's gotta be a lot to put forth on a labour of love.

Good to know thanks for the replies, we're still waiting here but there was a holiday in there so I figure the wait will be longer.

Yes somewhat frustrating, my wife's waiting for ours so atm I have to share, which sucks 'cause I'm a better player :D

Been waiting a week too. All good. Lots of things to do, not many people to do them.

Maybe if the GMs would spend less time changing names such as "Schade" to "Gabarab", and more time dealing with actual petitions, you would not have to wait a week for an IP exclusion petition to be answered.

Post something else negative about GMs, and especially me, since I solely handle IP exemptions. Please, I dare you.

You're acting like you pay for this and you don't. I sure as hell don't get paid to listen to you.

Yeah Nilbog covered it, but I would assume most GMs don't have permission for this.

And as far as I've seen, the GMs do a great job at responding to inquiries.

Perhaps the wait is a test of character :O
It took them a while to get to mine, but it was over a holiday weekend, etc.

We just took turns playing for a while. Got some stuff done around the house too.

You know, I might not agree with all that goes on with the server changes, but I have to admit the few times i've petitioned or needed help, they were quick in helping me.

To the GMs/Devs: Lots of us appreciate your efforts - thank you for the time and sweat you put into this project. Even if we don't always see eye-to-eye, in the end it's up to you - one press of a button could delete our precious characters forever.
