Call for old maps and zone screenshots

Trying to add more maps to my archive (http://www.steveprutz.com/eq). I want to make sure none of these maps are lost by time.

Please reply (or PM me) with any maps that are not on my site yet. If you designed them yourself, great. If not, be sure to include the original cartographer's name or original web address.
