I dont think you can recharge them. They have no benefit other than just the illusion, but I am still buying em for fun =P

Frog illusion potion from the GM battle royale is unable to be sold to vendors, therefore it cannot be recharge - confirmed by me because I own one.

ps I should have got first place because I carried Xerxes and Skarry until they turned on me for personal glory.
