Has anyone ever heard of a character getting reset to level 1 and having his gear wiped?

You could just do it manually. Bind near some kos guards and leave your pc running for the night. Then delete all of your gear.

When did they implement lvl 10 exp loss, was it kunark? then you could only go that low but that should be low enough...

I haven't played since mid to late 2011.. i decided to check in on my character for old times sake and when I log in he is level 1 and naked. Just curious. Nothing to get upset about.

Someone hacked your account, deleted your character, and remade it.

make sure you are logging into the right server. i cant tell you how many times we see petitions like this, and the problem was they logged into blue instead of red, or logged into red instead of blue.

so double check that ;)
