I have a gif, but I'd like to scale it down. I know in HTML there's a way, but how do I do it in these forums?

Google GIF resizer, there's a few free online tools where you can reduce (or expand) the size.

(Look down to the 2nd GIF for the altered one after you enter the settings and click it - it will download in a zip) :)

It gives you all sorts of crazy options as well, want to double it and go black and white? It is done.... (and looks terrible in this case) :p
