Flayed Skin Armor

I am a human SK in Qeynos area and wanting to get ahold of some Flayed Skin Armor. Any suggestions? I am too low lvl to go hunt Karnors castle...but i have decent gear/PP

Theres a full visible set on the druid ring merchant in tox, totals 853pp though. Can get em cheaper off people of course, but would take a while I'm guessing
