Looking for loot rights to the no drop haste belt Hangman's Noose (http://wiki.project1999.org/Hangman%27s_Noose), from the eponymous named flower Hangman (http://wiki.project1999.org/Hangman), part of the TT forager cycle. I gotta imagine that just buying an FBSS is easier than obtaining this item. I had it rot once on me since the forager cycle is completely random, and it quite possibly might take a lot longer to spawn Hangman than just farming the plat to buy an FBSS?
