The Nostrolo Tambourine (http://wiki.project1999.org/Nostrolo_Tambourine) is a relatively unknown quest reward Bard drum from a quest in Firiona Vie called Rare Coins (http://wiki.project1999.org/Rare_Coins)

The drum itself is no drop, but the coins needed for the quest are not ( Ancient Coin (http://wiki.project1999.org/Ancient_Coin) )
