an icy goblin

An icy goblin in perma frost apears to be missing, I've spend about 10hours clearing ph's maybe longer. The wiki says its a 25% chance to spawn with an 17.5% chance of droping the book of frost. I've seen other posts about when the goblin wizards were added to more spawns it made the goblin alchemist no longer spawn. Wondering it the same thing is happing here. thanks

I've also spent a ton of time camping this guy (significantly more than 10 hours), and I'm also convinced it's broken. Would love some confirmation either way.

Because, I just killed the PH 12-15 times in a row without seeing a single "an icy goblin". He should have spawned 3 or 4 times by now. Please help, I have invested alot of time into this questy.

Haha I have spent 15 hours camping this. Came here to report it missing from spawn table.

It is the middle Goblin in the middle room. so go down ramp, take a left, then its first door on right

From what i have read on this post it is confirmed that an Icy Goblin does spawn. Has it been confirmed he drops the book? I have killed an Icy Goblin over 12 times in 2 days and no book to be seen.

Close to 20 dead Icy and no book. At 31% i should have had 6 books by now.

Its very very rare. I was going to do 2 words of darkness. stopped at 1. No way in hell is it 31% chance to drop. Although Icy Goblin is kind of common, probably 1 in 4 or 5 spawns.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I got lucky, but I killed about 6 PHs and 4 Icy's and got my book.
