AFK Tag on PvP Enabled Players

Noticed yesterday that the AFK tag is not visible on players that have turned in their Priest of Discord books. You can see them AFK in zone with a "/" but the AFK tag won't be visible above their head.

Also the LD tag, does not show up when someone /q's
