I'm trying to camp her for her horn. I need a wind instrument with a better mod for mezzes and charms.

Anyone know does she still spawn, or is she just an event mob?

the pained unicorn is white, i thought she was for the druid epic. equestrielle the corrupted is black with red eyes. i'm starting to think its just for holloween or something

I remember on live getting HT'd at a low level trying to do the Nybright sister camp...so putting her in kinda ruined a good cash camp!

the corrupted has been seen.. she spawns quite often.. though not as often as you'd like....

I saw Equestrielle the other day, killed and got horn. IIRC it was not corrupted, just Equestrielle.

I have spent alot time camping the obelisk for the Tunare's Disciple quest and died far too many times by this beotch of a horse. I'm pretty sure it has a place holder: a lone mist wolf, that travels the same path. If the mist wolf was around, it seemed I was safe from the horse.

There's gonna be some payback on that horse when I get high enough level! >:(

It is an old world mob in case anybody's wondering. Nothing too unusual.

"I think it roams near the entrances of the zones..." Actually, it's got a fairly random path like anything else. It can be seen all over the zone and tends to stick around the middle to the best of my knowledge unless somebody trains him to any of the zonelines

For what it is worth, I saw her twice while hunting in Lfay. But this was over two years ago xD

Corrupted was result of a GM event on live. CT grabs the horn, Unicorn becomes corrupted, spawn table gets updated.

Although it does sound like Mar 2001 was event, so we'll probably see it on here eventually. Almost too bad, corrupted is a total pita.

Yep, there wasn't even combat :( ... just an unseen Equestrielle lurking in the distance. One HT, dead. Aggro range was massive.

I didn't find the tainted. But I did kill the regular white Equestrielle out of boredom and it dropped the horn listed on the wiki. If you're just looking for the horn, there you go.

Pretty low of Firiona Vie to break off her horn IMO...though Equestrielle breathing fire out of her nostrils and raging hard HT'ing people is amusing :D

I have only ever seen the Pained Unicorn in my travels on here. So not sure?? Never tried to kill it, but I know it is a hard mob.

La la la la.. Exploring Lfay for the first time. Follow the road because I don't want to get lost. Boom. Switch to over head camera and see two brownies run in opposite directions across my corpse. Lfay is freaking evil and EQ the corrupted was a large part of that horror show. Miss it.
