What's a good casual grouping guild?

Hi all! I have a 44 necro and I've been getting a little lonely lately and missing guild chat. I leveled a necro on r99 and its definitely nice to have someone to pal around with or read guild chat while you're soloing. On r99 we had global ooc so it was easy to figure out what guild to join but here we don't have that
I'm looking for something casual with a decent member size, I play during off peak a lot so euro guild is viable as well
I don't want to have to do an application process (I'm playing a game, not a job! Lol)
Just looking for fun friendly people and I would prefer a guild that is relatively drama free
Also one who doesn't have too many guild chat filters so people don't freak out if you drop an f bomb or something

<Kittens Who Say Meow> is pretty much the de facto P99 Blue leveling guild. It's fun. No one gets butthurt if you have other toons in raid guilds. You'll see at least 10ish players on at any time, and most time's you'll get "your who request was cut short..."
