Default Question about Call of Karana

Getting back into the game. Wanted to challenge myself, so I took my epic'ed druid to WW and killed my first Ice Burrower using charm kiting and the epic snare DoT. Obviously charm breaks are part of the game, but I wanted to ask:

What conditions cause charm breaks for Call of Karana? Is it the same as Enchanter basically, where it's an absolutely random duration with a maximum timer ceiling? Or are there other factors that influence it, damage threshold, charisma etc? I feel like I used to know the answer to this but have forgotten.

really good question, i would assume it just has an MR check and no CHA check

hopefully the game mechanics nerds have some real data to share

Enchanter has factors that influence it. It's three dice rolls: Mob's MR, your CHA, and the level difference between you and the mob.

I'd imagine Druid charming is similar with the exception of no CHA modifier (if I had to guess)
